Registration cannot be CONFIRMED until payment of the registration
fee has
been received. Transactions will be invoiced in Sterling Pounds
(GBP). Check
current exchange rate.
Cancellations
No cancellation fees will be charged if a notice of cancellation
is received no later than 30 days before the event (October
1st). In case such a notice is received less than 30 days
(October 2nd) before but no later than 14 days (October 17th)
before the beginning of the event, a service fee of 100 €
will be charged. For any subsequent cancellation (any cancellation
received after October 17th the total event fee is non-refundable).
A substitute participant may be made at any time..
