Cancellations

No cancellation fees will be charged if a notice of cancellation is received no later than 30 days before the event (February 27th). In case such a notice is received less than 30 days (February 28th) before but no later than 14 days (March 13th) before the beginning of the event, a service fee of 100 € will be charged. For any subsequent cancellation (any cancellation received after March 13th the total event fee is non-refundable). A substitute participant may be made at any time.
